Money for Maryland Potholes

I was driving to work this morning and thinking to myself, they really need to do something about these potholes. However, on to the scoop……

Maryland has received millions to fix the potholes which comes from transportation trust fund. The winter was rather brutal and as a result the streets have suffered. So far, the city has filled over 70,000 potholes. Road crews across Maryland has been working hard to fill up the potholes however, more are appearing before they can be filled. The city fund for potholes is $800,000 however; state leaders are now digging in their pockets for an extra $10 million to cover all state expenses. Baltimore County will receive more than $1 million because they have more roadways.
