Well the title did catch my attention and I believe that was the purpose to bring awareness to racism that is very much alive in America. In the three minute video, the children of Ferguson, Missouri address racism in a comedic way. Six children who all came from the same block that Michael Brown was gunned down explains how racism is far from over in “Hey White People: A Kinda Awkward Not To America by #Ferguson Kids.”

“Is racism is still a thing?” begins the video. “Just because Beyoncé is on your playlist and you voted for Obama doesn’t mean that our generation has seen the end of racist drama,” the kids say.

The video was created in honor of Michael Brown.
