Michael Phelps trial for drunken driving and other charges is set to take place in Baltimore. He was pulled over for speeding and crossing a double yellow line on a highway after leaving the Horseshoe Casino on September 30. According to Police, Phelps blood-alcohol test registered at .14 percent and the legal speed limit to drive in Maryland is .08 percent. He could face up to a year in jail if he is convicted and he has been suspended for six months by the USA swimming. This is not the first time the Olympic champion swimmer has been in trouble because of DUI. He pleaded guilty to DUI in 2004. Phelps is an 18-time gold medalist.
