Canning Freshly Picked Fruit!

canningI always wondered about this process. For me I typically eat fresh fruit and often times if it’s fruit left over, I will freeze it and use it in smoothies at a later time. The closes I get to canning is when I purchase canned fruits such as peaches and sometimes pineapples.
