A judge Wednesday will hear motions filed prior to the second officer’s trial in the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray.
The judge has decided the following:
- The Goodson trial will stay in Baltimore.
- The jury will remain anonymous, but won’t be sequestered.
- The jurors will be able to see the police van during the trial.
- The jury will not hear about Gray’s previous medical history during the trial.
A mistrial was declared in the trial of Officer William Porter after three days of jury deliberations
